The Story of Ella Mary Harman. Some families know a great deal about their roots; others know very little. This site is an attempt to record all that I have learned about our family history. So what have I learnt? That over the course of the years of undertaking research of the family my past Ancestors they have become my family. Connected even though we all live far apart.
I am a PhD candidate with the Department of Social and Policy Sciences at the University of Bath, UK. My research concerns work and work-time in the cultural and creative industries, with a specific focus the struggle to measure, quantify and value creative labour.
